Tiffany is one of the driving forces behind Castle! She wears a lot of hats- wife, mom of two awesome boys, homeschool mom, real estate investor, licensed Realtor, business owner and

experienced property manager. She cofounded Castle to bring trustworthy, family-focused service to the rental world- and she brings tons of experience along the

way. She's passionate about raising entrepreneurial, kind-hearted kids-and building a life that balances work,

family, and freedom.

Born and raised in Evansville, Yvonne brings a lifetime of local knowledge and real estate expertise to every. Since earning her license in 2012, she's helped clients buy, sell, and invest in a wide range of properties—residential, commercial, and short-term rentals like Airbnb. As a host of multiple Airbnb homes and a proud long-time resident, she truly understands the unique rhythm of our local market and what makes Evansville such a special place to live.

 

When she's not working, you can find her traveling, spending quality time with her two children, or enjoying every precious moment with her grandchildren. Yvonne is also a proud cat mom if two, an animal lover and a proud supporter of local shelters.  

With over three years of experience in property management, Lynette brings a warm, down-to-earth approach to working with tenants and property owners alike. Known for her open, honest, and caring personality, Lynette believes that every great relationship starts with a genuine conversation.

 

She’s passionate about creating welcoming spaces and building trust from day one—whether you’re moving in, settling questions, or just looking for a friendly face in the neighborhood.

 

When she’s not managing properties, Lynette is managing a lively household as a wife, mom of 2 adult children, one teenager, and proud pet parent to three dogs and a cat. A true “chaos organizer” at heart, she also enjoys baking sourdough bread and tending to her vegetable garden and her flower gardens full of flowers.
